I had the most amazing experience working with Priya and her incredible team for my wedding--it was everything I ever dreamed of plus more! What is even more remarkable is that the whole event (two events, 200+ people each) was planned in TWO months--I could not have done it without Priya and am eternally grateful for her. She is always available, no question is ever too dumb, and every request is honestly and straightforwardly considered. I had a mixed Desi-Western wedding (mehndi/sangeet night + more American-format wedding ceremony/reception) and Priya + her team were perfect for both events. Priya and her team were fantastic. We hired Xquisit for our Day of Coordination for our wedding. Priya was very organized in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She had a spreadsheet that made sure no detail was missed. She made herself available whenever we needed her during the stressful weeks leading up to the wedding. When we were having trouble getting in contact with other vendors, she made sure they answered us quickly. She and her lead coordinator were extremely knowledgable about all of the details we should think about when we met with our venue for the walkthrough. Day of was such a breeze with all three coordinators helping make the day run so smoothly. We had a two hour ceremony, lunch and then reception at night and we didn't have to worry about a single detail as Priya and her team handled it all, even taking on extra roles when our ceremony musicians had to cancel last minute. Her team was a joy to be around on our wedding day and made our day perfect. They made sure we had the drinks and food we wanted so we were able to enjoy our day. We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with!

Thank you Xquisit for helping us plan & execute the wedding of our dreams! Leading up to the date, Priya was so helpful with assisting us in vendor selection, changing the date (thanks COVID), and guiding us through all the surprises that came our way. She was always available and picked up the phone/responded to texts so fast. During our wedding weekend, her team was flexible to meet with us at 11PM and make sure all the final details were set. They kept us on schedule and made sure everything and everyone was where they needed to be. One of the best parts was having two team members dedicated to the bride and groom - thank you Richali and Anisha! Everything from holding my phone, following me with a plate so I could eat, to cleaning up the mimosa I spilled on myself - they were there!!! My only regret is not hiring them for my Friday event. After reading so many positive reviews about Priya and Xquisit events on The Knot, we decided to contact her for a consult. After that first initial call, we knew immediately we wanted her services for planning and day-of coordination for our intimate Hindu wedding (ceremony & reception) in NJ. My husband and I live in CA and have very demanding jobs and we honestly didn't have a clue about what we wanted for our wedding, but Priya was incredibly patient and made the planning process really easy for us. She was always accessible to chat (even at odd hours due to our time difference) and gave us excellent recommendations for vendors she's previously worked with. What drew me to her initially was her level of organization (the dashboard is superb!), but as I got to know her, I really respected her opinions and how she helped us deal with unexpected challenges. She is truly an expert at what she does. The week of our wedding was particularly stressful because COVID-19 was becoming more prominent in the news and a personal family matter meant Priya was going to miss our wedding. I was devastated, but knew we would be in great hands with the Xquisit team. The day-of coordination services were beyond expectations. Bella, Prachi and Pankti made sure the day ran smoothly and that my husband and I did not have to worry about a thing. They kept us calm, made us laugh in tense situations and were all so attentive to all our needs and requests. The biggest surprise was to see Priya the day of the wedding. She literally hopped off a plane and came straight to the venue! We didn't expect to see her there and we were both overcome with emotion when we saw her. We hired Priya and her amazing team to coordinate our same-day wedding and reception. Making sure the order of events ran according to the schedule was VERY important to us as nearly all Southeast Asian weddings always struggle with this! We hired Xquisit based on strong recommendation from one of their previous clients. My husband and I were truly impressed with their work on our big day! Our timeline was managed effortlessly, and the to-do lists were completed without ANY oversight! Priya also recommended the best cake vendor who fit our budget and satisfied our palates! We hired Xquisit Events for our sangeet, wedding and reception on 5/24-5/25/19. During the planning process Priya helped us to set up appts with some of our vendors and compiled a list of vendors that were within our budget. She referred us to our DJ, who was fantastic (Amplifire ENT). Closer to the wedding, she helped us to finalize our timeline and organized for conference calls to take place with our families to ensure that all important aspects of each event were addressed. On the day of our events, we had the help of Priya, Bella and Nisha. Priya oversaw the events and Bella and Nisha stayed with my side and the groom's side, since we were getting ready in two different locations. There were many moving parts during our events, from shuttle buses, to pre-wedding ceremonies, coordination of hair and makeup at two different locations, family pictures, performances, and of course the wedding ceremony itself, which had to meld Gujarati and Kashmiri traditions. The team did a great job in ensuring that our events ran on time/smoothly and they had constant communication. Bella and Nisha were extremely helpful and supportive during the wedding day, when there were 20+ things going on at once. Bella held my phone for the day and thankfully documented the events with pictures and videos, which I was so happy to see at the end of the night! They were all very conscious of my and my husband's needs (ie always asking if we needed something to eat/drink, etc) There were a few hiccups which are not unexpected at large scale and hectic events, but overall we are happy with the outcome of our wedding, and both we and our guests had an amazing time.

My husband and I hired the Xquisit team to coordinate our wedding. Throughout the planning process, they were always available to help answer questions or even to help us find vendors. On our wedding day, they coordinated everything: the transportation, the arrival of the vendors, set-up, photos, the ceremony, cocktail hour, the best man/maid of honor speeches, the cutting of the cake, etc. Then at the end of the night, they packed everything up for us! We also rented the Xquisit photo booth, which all of our guests LOVED. The Xquisit team really did a great job and allowed my husband and I to enjoy every moment of our wedding day. I hired the Xquisit team for the full wedding planning package and I'm so glad I did! My initial consultation was with Natasha, who listened to my ideas and started helping me in the planning process. Both Natasha and Priya helped answer all my questions and concerns. They helped me pick some amazing vendors as well. As we got closer to the wedding, they made sure that the wedding schedule was set and they worked with me to make sure that the two-day event was executed perfectly. I was not the easiest bride to work with as I had very specific ideas on how I wanted everything to look, and despite this, they worked with me every step of the way. During the wedding, they set everything up exactly how I imagined it! I had a lot of small details that I provided, such as a welcome mirror sign, that they put up in the right spot. This meant a lot to me because it showed that they listened and took extra care to make sure the details I was concerned about was their concern too. During the wedding weekend, they also created a video that they shared with us and they gave my husband and me a special present! (I don't want to give away the present because some of you future Xquisit brides may also receive it!). All in all, Xquisit events did a fantastic job! They will work hard to make your dream wedding a reality! They go above and beyond and I am so glad to have them as my A-Team for my wedding!

My now husband and I can honestly not say enough nice things about our planners. We began absolutely clueless about how to go about organizing a large multi day wedding. We didn’t know where to even begin with vendor search, venue search, what’s an average price to pay for catering and decor services, what kind of dance floor to get etc. or what should be expected in a contract. From the beginning Natasha and Priya helped us take control of the entire ordeal. They made sure to help us find awesome vendors within our budget. We sorted through everything together. What most people don’t tell you is that on the day of your wedding, no matter how well you prepare and organize, something will always go opposite to what you plan. The key is to not let it deter you from enjoying your day. If it weren’t for our planners who knew exactly what to do and who flawlessly jumped in to taking care of every issue big and small (and there definitely were a few), we honestly wouldn’t have enjoyed our one special day. They constantly reassured us to just have fun through the whole night while they were dealing with battles behind the scenes that we didn’t even have a hint about until the very next morning. We are absolutely so grateful to them for allowing us to sit through and dance through our entire weekend worry free. The entire team is amazing- very well coordinated, professional, understanding and above anything dependable.. from the simplest little thing my family or I needed they were there to provide it in a snap. Our families still can’t stop talking about how our wedding raised the bar for all future weddings in each of our families. The entire Xquisite team went well above and beyond what we expected from them and we’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs help taking on the task of planning any kind of event!
